I was born and raised in Mississauga Ontario, Canada. I now live in the Interlake Region north of Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada, with my wife Tanya, and two kids Amanda and Chris.
I have been in the auction business for the past 17 years. My present boss Colonel Jeff Noiseux was a student at World Wide College of Auctioneering and suggested that I go there also. I did and can't thank him enough for the experience I received from over 20 instructors. State, Provincial, and National Championship award winners. With this schooling I am ready to do my best for the most important person, you the customer. (Next to my wife and kids of course)
As my saying goes " If you own it, I can sell it" I will live up to that and try to get your item sold with the best market. An open market with bidders putting their money towards an item for the amount they feel it is worth. You could sell it in the local newspaper, and have a bunch of people read about it, a few call about it and maybe one or two come to see it. If you are lucky one might buy it. You could also put it in an auction and have hundreds of people look at the item and bid on it should they wish to. They will see what it is , the shape it is in, the amount it is worth, and it will get top dollar for the parcel when I say " SOLD !"
